Optional FreeCertHub study guides include a 30-day money-back guarantee. This policy applies to guide purchases made directly through FreeCertHub.
Requesting a refund
Email support@freecerthub.com within 30 calendar days of purchase from the same address used at checkout. Include the guide name and a brief description of the issue. Do not send card information.
Processing
After the purchase is verified, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks and card issuers may take additional business days to display the credit.
Scope
This policy covers FreeCertHub digital guides. Fees paid directly to a university, course platform, exam provider, or other third party are governed by that provider and cannot be refunded by FreeCertHub. Fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate claims may be declined where permitted by law.
